Delivery

Delivery is part of the project workflow, not an afterthought. Lighting arrives into real site conditions and timing mistakes ripple across trades.

Scheduling

Delivery should be aligned to project readiness, receiving access, and who is responsible for signing off on site.

Do not assume a site is ready just because the contractor says maybe.

Inspection on Arrival

Items should be checked on arrival for obvious quantity mismatches, visible damage, and carton condition where practical.

If there is a problem, flag it immediately instead of discovering it two weeks later after the cartons disappear into storage.

Post-Delivery Responsibility

Once goods are received, proper storage and handling on site matter. Lighting equipment should not be left in conditions that invite damage or confusion.

Site chaos is not a delivery defect.
