Exclusions
Damage from improper installation, power issues, environmental misuse, unauthorized modification, and site abuse should not be treated as warranty claims.
Consumables, cosmetic wear from abuse, or failures caused by incompatible third-party systems may also fall outside coverage.
Claims Process
A proper claim should include order context, photos or video of the issue, installation context, and a clear description of the failure.
